Conclusion
Strictly by the numbers, 800 PBX's Small Business Plan appears to be a great PBX service. Their feature set is consistent with our Market Standard, and their plan includes a free 800, vanity, or local number. They also bundle conference calling with your account at no additional cost. However, 800 PBX's major downfall is customer service. We spoke with three different people from their customer service department, and all of them were unhelpful. They also have a button for live help on their site, but their staff was never available to answer our questions. The PBX service itself is very good, but their customer service is terrible. If 800 PBX ever gets their customer service up to par with their PBX service, we would recommend them.
