Plan Reviewed: Small Business Plan
Pros
- No activation fee

- Conference calls included in the plan
- Internet fax included in the plan
- Cost for additional minutes is 5¢
Cons
- Extremely poor customer service
- No additional extensions
Conclusion
Strictly by the numbers, 800 PBX's Small Business Plan appears to be a great PBX service. Their feature set is consistent with our Market Standard, and their plan includes a free 800, vanity, or local number. They also bundle conference calling with your account at no additional cost. However, 800 PBX's major downfall is customer service. We spoke with three different people from their customer service department, and all of them were unhelpful. They also have a button for live help on their site, but their staff was never available to answer our questions. The PBX service itself is very good, but their customer service is terrible. If 800 PBX ever gets their customer service up to par with their PBX service, we would recommend them.

I Agree 100%. This company has wonderful technology, but the absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced.
Worse than the DMV, Social Security Administration Office, and AT&T combined.
You call in and they immediately say "Are you a customer?" God help you if you are not.
Then they go on to ask your name, email address, phone number, etc and transfer you to a line that is set up not to be answered.
It is now 4 support tickets later and many days without a single call.
I'm actually begging for someone from India with broken English to contact me. Unfreaking Believable!

I do not recommend this company to anyone!
800PBX Customer Service is the worst I've ever seen in a company. It is unbelievable! Everytime I call with an issue, I always get a barely
speak-a-the-english person. I do not recommend this company to anyone!
