Conclusion
American Voice Mail's Virtual Office plan may initially seem like a good service, but ultimately lacks a critical feature that is and should be expected. The Virtual Office plan does not have web management as an available feature for some service areas. We were told that the web management feature is available for some areas but that our area has yet to be updated and we would be unable to use the feature. Without the ability to manage the PBX system online we can not recommend this product, and would advise you to look elsewhere.
