Plan Reviewed: Office M-100

Pros

  • No activation fee
  • Internet fax and conference call features available
  • Toll-free number included

Cons

  • 7 day free trial
  • $22.95 monthly fee
  • $4.95 a month charge for internet fax feature

Conclusion
Halloo's Office M-100 plan costs a little more than its competitors and provides the same service. The main issue we have with Hallo's free trial is that it is only 7 days, which is a bit too short to really try out the service. The M-100 plan is slightly more expensive than many other PBX service plans at $22.95 a month. Halloo also charges $4.95 a month for the internet fax service, a feature that is normally free with other PBX service providers.

The Office M-100 plan does have some good points that help to offset its bad aspects. There is no activation fee associated with the plan. In addition, all the features outside of the internet fax feature are included free with the Office M-100 plan. Halloo includes the toll free number with the plan at no additional cost. Halloo's Office M-100 plan ends up being an average plan that does not deliver anything special. We would recommend that you look at other PBX service providers.

Plan Reviewed: Office M-500

Pros

  • Free toll-free or local number included in the plan
  • No activation fee
  • Helpful customer service

Cons

  • Internet fax is $4.95 / month
  • No additional extensions

Conclusion
Halloo's Office M-500 plan is good for small businesses that have a relatively small number of incoming calls. They include a toll-free or local number in the plan which is a huge plus since most PBX service providers charge you a fee. One shortcoming of their service is that you aren't able to add single extensions to your plan. If you want to add more extensions, you must upgrade your account. Another is that internet fax isn't included in your plan. Besides these cons, Halloo's Office M-500 is a reasonably priced PBX system for users who only need 500 minutes of usage per month.

Plan Reviewed: Office M-2500

Pros

  • Free toll-free or local number included in the plan
  • No activation fee
  • Helpful customer service
  • No double billing guarantee

Cons

  • Internet fax is $4.95 / month

Conclusion
At $99.95 for 2,500 included minutes and 100 extensions, Halloo's Office M-2500 is a good plan for larger businesses. The plan resembles RingCentral's Business Premium plan, but it has a few differences. Halloo only offers a 7 day free trial period and internet fax costs $4.95 per month, while Ring Central offers a 30 day free trial period and internet fax is included in the plan. Other than a shorter trial period and a monthly fee for internet fax, Halloo's Office M-2500 has every feature a potential customer would want.
