Although the 7 day free trial period is acceptable for their most popular plan, we wish they would include a longer trial period at the corporate level. One shortcoming of their service is that they provide you with an 866, 877, or 888 number by default, and it costs a $25.00 setup fee for an 800 number. If you need a corporate level PBX system but don't need to purchase an 800 number, consider signing up for iTelecenter's Premier plan.
