MessagingService.com's Hosted PBX Phone System is a decent service for what they offer. The plan we reviewed includes 5 extensions and 500 minutes, but you have the option to choose between 5, 10, or 25 extensions and between 500, 1000, or 2000 minutes when you sign up. A major selling point of their service is that a toll-free or local number are included in the plan. Although they charge a $34.95 setup fee, it is used to cover a custom professional greeting for your business. One con to their service is that you aren't able to add single extensions to your plan. If you want to add more extensions, you must upgrade your account. MessagingService.com has improved their plan from what it used to be to make it more comparable to their competitors' plans.
