The default greeting people hear when they call into your My1Voice number is very professional. Callers can simply dial a person's specific extension or look up a person's extension in the dial-by-name directory. Additionally, My1Voice's interface lets you schedule which hours you want your My1Voice phone number to ring and which hours you want it to automatically go to voicemail. Another great feature of My1Voice's service is caller ID tagging, which adds a number to the beginning of all phone calls into your My1Voice number, so you can easily distinguish between business and personal calls. My1Voice's customer service is also worth mentioning, as we have never had a bad experience with their customer service.
