Plan Reviewed: Basic
Pros
- 30 day free trial
- $10.00 monthly fee
- 5¢ a minute for additional minutes
- Good customer service
- No activation fee
- Toll-free number included
Cons
- 1 extension included
- No conference call feature
Conclusion
My1Voice's Basic plan gives you only the essential parts of a PBX service. The most noticeable issue with the Basic plan is that you only get 1 extension. The Basic plan is pretty inexpensive at only $10.00 a month, but even at the low cost you should still expect more extensions. The other problem with the basic plan is that the service does not have conference call capabilities. This feature is not essential but they do typically come with PBX services.
The Basic plan from My1Voice may be missing a few features and have a shortage of extensions, but it is the cheapest PBX service available. The low monthly fee, low cost of additional minutes, and lack of an activation fee makes My1Voice's service the least expensive service we reviewed. My1Voice's customer service is also something worth mentioning, as we have never had a bad experience with the customer service at My1Voice. They have always been responsive to our questions and we have yet to run into a problem they can not help us with.

- 30 day free trial
- 1000 minutes included
- No activation fee
- Any type of number (local, vanity, 800, 866, 877, 888) included free in the plan
Cons

Conclusion
My1Voice's Essential plan is aptly named as it gives you all the basic PBX services you would want. The Essential plan is priced well at $30.00 considering it has 1000 included minutes and that additional minutes are 5¢ per minute. Also, My1Voice recently implemented an internet fax feature to their service. However, the plan only includes 5 extensions. Unlike virtually all of its competitors, you can get any type of number included for free with your plan. The 30 day free trial is another great thing about My1Voice's online PBX service. My1Voice's serviceis a good deal, and it gives you all the necessary features and your first 30 days free.

Pros
- No activation fee
- Any type of number (local, vanity, 800, 866, 877, 888) included free in the plan
Cons
- 1500 minutes included
- 15 extensions included
- An additional extension is $5.00
- Cannot have multiple numbers with one account
Conclusion
My1Voice's Premium plan is priced well if you plan to use a relatively high volume of minutes and need less than 15 extensions. If you need more extensions, we recommend looking at RingCentral's Business Premium or Phone.com's Office 2500 plan. My1Voice's Premium plan starts to get more expensive when you factor in additional extensions. Unlike virtually all of its competitors, you can get any type of number included for free with your plan. My1Voice's service is a good deal, and it gives you all the necessary features you need.
