RingCentral has been making strides in improving their customer service which had been an area of concern for them, and their customers. After retesting the service several times our research team has recently had nothing but positive experiences communicating with their support. The plan also allows for a decent amount of customization with unlimited extensions and additional numbers available for $4.99 per month for each additional number.

The RingCentral Plus plan has recently been upgraded to include 1000 minutes, and. despite not having a conference calling feature their online PBX service is hard to match for value and ease of use.
