This service is recommended for heavy conference callers as  Phone.com provides you with unlimited conference call minutes and allows you to have as many as 500 people on a call at once. Phone.com offers standard PBX features (i.e. auto attendant, conference calls and call handling rules), as well as a few unique ones (i.e. custom hold music, HD voice, unlimited conference call minutes, etc). However, they lack ACD Queues, which is a smart system for call-routing.  You can send faxes online with this plan, but you must pay an additional $4.88 for an additional phone line to receive faxes. Minus these extra charges, the monthly pricing is standard.  They do not offer a free trial, but they offer a 30-day money back guarantee.  If you can get past the startup fees and no free trial, then Grasshopper is a good service for the average PBX user.  If you are looking for more advanced PBX features, such as a full Internet fax feature, the ability to set answering rules, call blocking, call recording and call tagging, then you should select another service.  Grasshopper's customer service is average quality and available 24/7. uReach only offers one plan, and the price ($24.99 for no included minutes) is much more expensive than our Market Standard.  Also, beware of recurring monthly costs for 800 numbers, vanity numbers and ported numbers.  They also do not offer a free trial but have a 30-day money back guarantee, and you are still charged for the minutes used during the trial period. This plan is not recommended for someone who needs more than 10 extensions.  Also, uReach lacks a lot of standard call management features (i.e. no call transfer, call hold, Find Me/Follow Me) and PBX features (i.e. no conference calling, ability to add extensions, send-only fax).
