Pros

  • Unlimited minutes for inbound calls to your local PBX number
  • Low cost for additional numbers

Cons

  • Fixed number of extensions with the plan

Conclusion
VoiceNation's NextPBX Pro plan has every feature that should be included in a typical online PBX plan. The cost per minute rate is comparable to the overage charges found in other plans in our survey. VoiceNation has a great online PBX management interface. The interface is clean and easy to understand, but the majority of the online PBX services have similarly intuitive web interfaces. One feature unique to VoiceNation is that local numbers get unlimited inbound calls and faxes. If you expect to use less than 500 minutes per month, VoiceNation's NextPBX Pro is a good option.
