Plan Reviewed: Premier Virtual PBX

Pros

  • Activation fee is waived if plan is purchased online
  • Low cost for additional number

Cons

  • $5.00 for additional extensions

Conclusion
Voice Nation's NextPBX Pro plan has every feature that should be included in a typical online PBX plan. The cost per minute rate is comparable to the overage charges found in other plans in our survey. Voice Nation has a great online PBX management interface. The interface is clean and easy to understand, but the majority of the online PBX services have similarly intuitive web interfaces. One feature unique to Voice Nation is that local numbers get unlimited inbound calls and faxes. If you expect to use less than 500 minutes per month, VoiceNation's NextPBX Pro is a good option.

It appears that VoiceNation has changed their pricing and plans. They now offer a plan for $29.95/mo which includes 500 minutes. Also, if you get a local number you get unlimited inbound calls. So the 500 minutes included in this plan would only be used for findme/follow me calls. Most other VirtualPBX companies don't offer Unlimited calls to local numbers. This is a very attractive feature to VoiceNation.
