Conclusion
VoiceShot's Basic plan is base priced slightly above market average when it comes to Online PBX services. The initial cost of starting the service is rather high in comparison to most of the other Online PBX services that were reviewed. The cost per minute for additional minutes is also one of the highest rates for any of the services reviewed. With the high cost you do get an unlimited number of extensions and very supportive customer service. They are willing to work with you to set up a plan that fits your needs, also often times they are willing to waive the initial activation fee when you call in to activate your account. What you do not get with their plan are a few features which come standard with most providers. Internet fax and voicemail to email are some significant features which VoiceShot does not have. However their web-based interface allows you to easily manage call lists as well as send personalized voice messages and other phone based messages to thousands of phone numbers.
